Great location for cruise port. Staff were very helpful and bar/restaurant area by pool was very good with friendly staff. Made for a nice relaxing start to our trip.

The hotel is lovely staff friendly and within walking distance to some shops & restaurants , pool was lovely and outdoor surroundings, would definitely stay here again, breakfast was plentiful

We like the hotel location to the cruise port. We also enjoyed the food choices near the hotel. The Boatyard is an upscale restaurant, but you have Chipotle and Einstein bagels nearby.

Great location, convenient to cruise port. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet. Caring staff. Night manager Kevin brought the bartender out to help my friend get up when she fell on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, then walked us to the restaurant close by, the Boardwalk.

We stayed at Renaissance to get a cruise. They provided long term parking at a reasonable price, shuttle service (although we used a private courier to go to the port). We mostly used the swimming pool area and fully took advantage of the food and bar great service. It was a Great way to start our family vacations! Location is a plus as it is also close to the beach, restaurants and night life!
